In 2003 famous German artist founded his "terrorist" art church project "Church of fear", starting with the auctioning of "homeless" pole sitters at the Biennale in Venice, in Katmandu and Frankfurt and a wannabe terror sect wandering the German countryside between Cologne and Frankfurt, blasting out Wagner tunes and radical chants. Schlingensief had invited fellow film director Paul Poet after the successful collaboration with the film and project "Foreigners out. Schlingensiefs Container" to chronicle these events. Unfortunately the intended cinema doc "Ich, Schlinge" had to be abandoned due to complete disinterest by public funds to support it. To remember Schlingensief on his tenth day of death in 2020, Poet has selected five film pieces from the material for exhibition use only. Commissioned by Forum Stadtpark Graz, Schauspielhaus Vienna and Viennale Filmfestival.
